About accommodation

• Q When could we Check-in, Check-out? A You could Check-in on 3-10PM. Check-out would be by 10AM.
• Q Would it be possible to make an early check-in or late check-out? A Please make sure to contact the hotel in advance.
• Q Would it also be used as a business hotel? A Of course available! We are happy to welcome your book from single person.
• Q When would the cancellation fee start from? A Cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
• Q May I use the Internet? A You may use the "Free Wi-Fi connection service" in all rooms.
• Q I'd like to send our luggage to the hotel. Could you keep for us? A We will take care of you luggage! Make sure you write your Reservation name, and your travel dates.
  However, we cannot receive cash on delivery, so please make an advance payment!
• Q Could you keep our luggage before check-in, or after check-out? A Yes, we are able to keep your luggage, but please bring valuables with you.
• Q Are there any laundry room? A We do have laundry room.
  Please use it, because there is a fully automatic washing and drying machine in all rooms.
  We also have detergent for you.
• Q Do you have a crib or bed guard of service? A Yes, we do have!
  However we have limited number of it, so make sure you make a reservation in advance.
• Q Are there anything we can borrow? A We have cooking utensils, food container, nail clippers, and seasoning. We have limited number of it.
